Easy Returns and Exchanges

I want you to adore your new jewelry!  But if it’s not quite what you had in mind, returns are easy:

To receive a full refund, send an email to within 14 days of the delivery date.  All returns must be pre-authorized.  Custom orders are not returnable.  Refunds do not include shipping costs.  To be eligible for a return, your jewelry and packaging must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Sale items are not eligible for return, they are final sale.  Any items returned without previous approval or that do not meet the standards and policies could be denied or subjected to a restocking fee.  If you are returning an item over $50, consider using shipping tracking or insurance.  I do not guarantee that I will receive your returned item, that is up to your mail carrier.

I always strive to do better; I’d like to hear why you want to return your jewelry so I can continue to improve.  If there’s something you’re unhappy with, let me know so I can do better in the future.

Jewelry Damaged in the Mail

If your order arrived damaged or defective, I will happily send you a replacement.  Replacement requests must be received within 5 days of the jewelry delivery date.


Your jewelry has a warranty of 3 months from the date of shipping for any defects such as loose stones or broken links.  This warranty doesn’t cover scratches or jewelry that has been stolen, lost, or damaged in any other way. (If you ran over it with your car, I’m sorry but the warranty won’t cover it.)  If your jewelry has been resized, altered, or repaired by another jeweler this voids the warranty.  I do strict quality control before I package and ship every item, but if something went wrong with your jewelry please let me know.


If you have a jewelry piece that needs a repair, I’m happy to help.  Within 3 months of date of receipt of the jewelry, repairs covered by the warranty are free.  For repairs not covered by the warranty and any repair requested after 3 months, the basic repair fee is $25, but additional materials and labor fees may apply.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping the repair to me.

Lost Earring

I can help!  Each piece is hand made, so I do my best to make a match.  Email me with a photo of the remaining earring and I’ll get back to you with availability and pricing information.

Changes to Your Order

I work hard to make your order, package it pretty, and ship it as quickly as possible.  If you need to cancel your order or make changes to it, please contact me within 24 hours.


All orders ship from the U.S. within 3-4 days from when you place your order.  Once your order has shipped you’ll receive a tracking number.  I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.  Please purchase insurance at checkout if this is a concern you have.  I am not responsible for any duties, customs, or VAT applied to an international order.  If you place an international order, I highly recommend using DHL or UPS since they offer worldwide tracking.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are in US Dollars and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.  If your order is less than the value of your card, the remaining balance will be credited to your gift card.  I am not responsible for gift cards that get lost, stolen, or used without permission.  Sales tax and shipping is applicable on items purchased with a gift card.
