August is my birthday month and I’m in the mood to party with a fancy cocktail or two to celebrate another year around the sun and launching my newest collection Luxe. So, grab your fanciest glass and get ready to PARTY with one of these delicious cocktail recipes from delish.com.

Rum Sunset – I mean seriously, what’s more beautiful and romantic than a red-hot sunset on the beach? Besides being fancy, this cocktail is also easy… win-win!

12 oz orange juice

3 oz light rum

2 tbsp grenadine

Lime slices for garnish

Makes 2 cocktails

Mermaid Lemonade – Besides the fact that this looks like a yummy dip in the pool, who doesn’t want to feel like a mermaid?

4 cups ice

¼ cup Blue Curaçao

1 cup white rum

2 cups lemonade

4 lemon slices and 8 maraschino cherries for garnish

Makes 4 cocktails

Blackberry Mojito – What’s better than a classic mojito? How about a blackberry mojito, bursting with a lip-smacking, sweet and tart combo for a little extra kick!

½ cup blackberries

Handful fresh mint leaves

Juice of 2 limes

1 tsp sugar

½ cup light rum

Crushed ice

Club soda

Makes 2 cocktails

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Shooters – I know, I had you at chocolate! This cute little drink is like a decadent, creamy dessert cocktail, all blended together. Petite in size, big in flavor. You’re gonna thank me later!

¼ cup chocolate chips, melted

3 oz strawberry milk

3 oz white chocolate liqueur

1 oz vodka

3 small strawberries for garnish

Makes 3 cocktails
